We service short to medium-term rentals in regional subsidiaries. These subsidiaries work in partnership with active property management companies. We have firm standards that ensure our properties are always in “for-sale condition,” clean, unique, and coveted by guests who stay at the properties. Every property is cleaned and inspected to ensure guest satisfaction. We aim to provide luxury accommodations to guests with discerning tastes.

Short-term rental is the rental of a space for one day to four weeks long. These guests may have previously stayed in hotels, inns, or bed-and-breakfast facilities for travel, work, or family events. Most guests have more than two people traveling with them, and therefore a hotel may not make sense due to room size restrictions, dietary concerns, or just the ability to feel like they are in a clean, cozy home and not cookie-cutter rooms. We are very firm about restricting the properties to a modest occupancy. We strictly forbid and remove parties or events on our properties. For this reason, we do not allow local renters unless needed for short-term local natural disaster relief.

Medium-term rental is for longer than four weeks but shorter than six months. These rentals are only provided to people who travel for work, like nurses, doctors, or other business contacts. We hold the same rules for these guests and require regular inspections of the property every four weeks.
